We achieve this by providing a superior service while working efficiently through the legislative requirements to ensure each project progresses in accordance with the NSW Housing Codes criteria and complies with the Building Code of Australia.

UNDERTAKE THE ROLE OF PRINCIPAL CERTIFIER

Our Registered Certifiers and staff are suitably qualified to fulfil the role of the Principal Certifier. Our construction experience and knowledge combined with an electronic software system that ensures you are pro-actively updated throughout each stage inspection in a timely manner to confirm each project will progress in accordance with the Building Code of Australia and legislative requirements. This assists with the issuance of the Occupation Certificate in an efficient manner at the completion of the project.

CRITICAL STAGE INSPECTIONS

Sydney Certification Group complete a range of construction inspections to ensure that the method of construction and workmanship achieve a suitable industry standard.

Inspections are timed in accordance with the various stages of the build process the inspector will ensure compliance with the National Construction Code and Australian standards.
